1) The converted building together with the single and two storey extensions is, because of its overall size and bulk, harmful to the openness and visual amenity of the Green Belt contrary to the advice contained within Planning Policy Guidance Note 2, 'Green Belts', Planning Policy Statement 7 - 'Sustainable Development in Rural Areas' and Planning Policy Statement 1, 'Delivering Sustainable Development' and Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
