Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, by nature of its size and design, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the existing dwelling and the streetscene. As such the proposal is contrary to policy DM3 of the Development Management Policies of the Core Strategy Adopted 2009, and the Council's Adopted Supplementary Planning Document, 'Design in Central Bedfordshire: Residential Alterations and Extensions', 2010.
