Conditions or Reasons:
1) The extension by virtue of its depth and projection beyond the front of the existing dwelling would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the character of the area and the appearance of the dwelling. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies, Central Bedfordshire (North), November 2009.
