Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed front and side dormer window, by nature of their size and siting represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to the provisions of Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and the adopted Central Bedfordshire Design Guide (1010).
