Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed bay window extension would, by reason of its poor design and appearance, be a visually obtrusive and incongruous form of development that would be poorly related to the existing dwelling, would detract from the streetscene in this part of Stanbridge Road and the character of the surrounding area generally, thereby contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
