1) The development shall accommodate a maximum of 10 cats at any one time.

Reason

In the interests of the residential amenities of adjoining occupiers.
2) The use hereby approved shall not operate except between the hours of 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on Saturdays and 9.00 am - 1.00pm Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities of neighbouring properties.
