Conditions or Reasons:
1) The boundary fence has an unacceptable detrimental impact on the character and visual appearance of the street scene by reason of height and siting. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design as set out in national guidance within Planning Policy Statement 1, 'Delivering Sustainable Development' and to Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
