Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension would, by reasons of its size, bulk, design and siting, be a visually obtrusive and over dominant addition that would be poorly related to the existing house and would detract from the street scene in this part of Cromer Way and the visual amenity of the area generally. The proposal would be contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
