Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal by reason of its size, design and siting, would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse overbearing impact on the residential amenity and outlook of the occupiers of the neighbouring residential property, number 52 Drove Road; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DM3 of the Council's Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document 2009.
