1) The loft conversion with rear dormer window would have been lawful in accordance with Class B of Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (No.2) (England) Order 2008.
2) The 2 no. roof lights would have been lawful in accordance with Class C of Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (No.2) (England) Order 2008.
