Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/10/01781/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development shall only be carried out in complete accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
REASON: To ensure no variation from the approved plans.
(Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) Within six months of the date of this permission, any existing access within the frontage of the land to be developed, not incorporated in the access as shown on the approved drawing shall be closed in a manner to the Local Planning Authority's written approval.
Reason: In the interest of road safety and to reduce the number of points at which traffic will enter and leave the public highway.
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on Site Location Plan and Proposed Elevational Drawing received 17/05/10 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
