Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/00092
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Before the development is first occupied or brought into use, the parking scheme shown on Drawing No. CS2005/1 Rev.A shall be completed and thereafter retained for this purpose.
REASON: To ensure provision for car parking clear of the highway.
(Policies 42, B.S.P.; T10, S.B.L.P.R).
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), any parking space hereby permitted shall be kept permanently available for the parking of motor vehicles.
REASON: To ensure that off-street parking is retained in the interests of highway safety.
(Policies 42, B.S.P.; T10, S.B.L.P.R).
3) This permission relates only to the details of the parking and access arrangements shown on Drawing No. CS2005/1 Rev.A received 25/01/07 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
