Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) The proposed development would intensify a use which by reason of the increase in traffic to and from the premises and the increased activity and noise would be detrimental to the amenities which adjacent residents might reasonably expect to enjoy. (2) There is no space within the curtilage of the premises for reasonable off street parking facilities and vehicles would be left on the adjoining carriageway thereby prejudicing vehicular movement and road safety.
