Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/00266
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) For the avoidance of any doubt and notwithstanding the submitted plans, this permission relates to the construction of the front dormer window only.
REASON: To clarify the extent of the permission for the avoidance of any doubt.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plans and Drawings Nos. 2006/0809/01; 2007/0102/02A and 2006/0809/03A received 2 March 2007 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
