Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/00272
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring on 30/06/10 when the uses shall be discontinued and the buildings/structures removed and the land re-instated unless before that date the District Planning Authority has granted permission for their retention.
REASON: To enable the District Planning Authority to review the uses, buildings and structures when the permission expires.
(Policies 8, 10 & 24, B.S.P.; GB1 & BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
2) Before the Portakabin building is first occupied or brought into use, the proposed stained softwood and wire planting framework shall be erected and the proposed fast growing deciduous climbing plants shall be planted in the positions indicated on Drawing No. 0525/102 (-) unless otherwise agreed in writing with the District Planning Authority. Any climbing plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased shall be replaced with similar climbing plants to those originally required to be planted.
REASON: To ensure proper control over the appearance of the development.

3) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawings Nos. 0525/101 (-) and 0525/102 (-) received 09/03/07 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved drawings and to avoid doubt.
