Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development makes no provision for adequate pedestrian / driver intervisibility and will lead to danger for pedestrians using the adjoining footway, contrary to Policy 42 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy T1 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
2) The proposed development makes inadequate provision for a satisfactory vehicular access to serve the development and is likely to lead to damage of the highway which will lead to additional hazards for highway, contrary to Policy 42 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy T1 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
