Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension would, by reason of its size, scale, rearward projection and design, be an obtrusive and overbearing addition that would be poorly related to the existing house and would detract from the amenity of neighbouring occupiers and the area in general. The proposal would thereby be contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
