Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/00327
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Policies 10, 13 and 14 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE2 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review, seek to protect and enhance the character of the built environment by resisting development proposals which are likely to have an adverse effect on historic buildings, conservation areas, and archaeological sites. This proposal by virtue of its unsympathetic design, is likely to have an adverse effect on the character and setting of this Grade II Listed Building and is therefore in conflict with these policies.
