Conditions or Reasons:
1) By reason of its siting and height, the fence appears intrusive and out of character in the street scene, to the detriment of the visual amenity of the locality. The development is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
