Conditions or Reasons:
1) From the information available the proposed wind turbine would, by virtue of the likely noise nuisance arising from the turbine when operating in wind speeds in excess of force 4 of the Beaufort scale, have a detrimental impact on the residential amenity of the occupiers of adjacent properties, contrary to the provisions of Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
