Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring on 31/05/09 when the use shall be discontinued, unless, before that date, the District Planning Authority has granted permission for its continuation.
REASON: To allow the District Planning Authority to review the use when the permission expires and in order to safeguard residential amenity.

2) This permission is for the sole benefit of Sarah Simms, operating a pick up service only dog grooming business and shall extend to no other person, partnership, firm or company.
REASON: To ensure the retention of planning control by the District Planning Authority on the disposal of the present applicant's interest in the land and buildings and to ensure that no additional traffic is drawn to the premises in the interests of safeguarding residential amenity.

3) The use hereby permitted shall not be operated outside the hours of 0900 to 1700 hours on any day and not at all during weekends and public holidays.
REASON : To protect the amenities of neighbouring properties.

4) The use hereby permitted, shall be restricted to the area coloured blue on the attached drawing and shall not extend to any other area other than with the prior written approval of the District Planning Authority.

5) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 23/03/07 and Floor Plan received 16/05/07 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
