Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed boundary fence would obstruct vehicle to pedestrian and vehicle to vehicle intervisibility at the junction between the rear parking area and Winston Close and if permitted would lead to a hazard for all road users, contrary to Policy T1 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
