1) The proposal would result in an unacceptable standard of amenities for the dwelling by the provision of an obscurely glazed window for a bedroom, this is the only window proposed for the bedroom and as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DM3 Core Strategy and Development Management Policies, 2009.
