Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would make inadequate provision for the parking of cars and would result in additional hazards for highway users. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policies BE8, H8 & T10 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review, the Central Bedfordshire Design Guidance 2010 and to National Planning Policy Statement 1.
