Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/00534/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring on 30/06/2010 when the use shall be discontinued unless before that date the District Planning Authority has granted permission for its continuation.
REASON: To allow the District Planning Authority to review the use when the permission expires.

2) The use hereby permitted shall not be operated outside the hours of 0900 to 1700 hours on any day and not at all during weekends and public holidays.
REASON : To protect the amenities of neighbouring properties.

3) The use hereby permitted, shall be restricted to the area hashed in blue on the attached plan and shall not extend to any other area other than with the prior written approval of the District Planning Authority.

4) Before the use commences, details of the proposed method of waste disposal shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The waste disposal facilities as approved shall be provided in accordance with the approved details before the use is first commenced.
REASON: To ensure satisfactory means of waste disposal.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
5) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 08/05/07 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
