Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed fence by reason its height, design and siting would have a harmful impact on the site and setting of the adjacent listed building and upon the character and appearance of the area; as such the proposal is contrary to PPS5 Planning for the Historic Environment (2010) and Policies DM3, CS15 and DM13 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies, Central Bedfordshire (North), November 2009.
