Conditions or Reasons:
1) New external brickwork shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 16/05/07, Block Plan received 09/05/07 and Floor Plans and Elevations received 03/05/07 and 16/05/07 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
