Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is for the sole benefit of Jemma Faye Dempster and shall extend to no other person, partnership, firm or company. No other business shall operate from the premises at any time.

Reason: To ensure the retention of planning control by the Local Planning Authority on the disposal of the present applicant's interest in the land and buildings.
2) The use hereby approved shall only operate between the hours of 8am to 5 pm Mondays to Fridays, 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays, and not at all on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.
