Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal to extend the hours of use of the beauty salon is considered to result in an adverse impact on neighbouring amenity by reason of the additional comings and goings to a business premises within a residential area which would result in an unacceptable level of additional noise and disturbance, therefore the proposal is not in accordance with Policies CS14 and DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies 2009.
