Conditions or Reasons:
1) The extensions and alterations to the bungalow will by reason of their siting, excessive size, bulk and unsatisfactorily design appear as being very large and visually intrusive in the street scene to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area. This will be in conflict with policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Planning Document dated November 2009 and the design guide on House Extensions and Alterations dated 2009.
