Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its prominent siting and incongruous design, appear as an overly prominent feature, out of character with the locality and harmful to the visual amenity of the street scene and of nearby residents. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design as set out in Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H2 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
