Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its size, bulk, siting and overbearing appearance, appear unduly obtrusive and result in material harm to the residential amenity of the occupiers of the adjoining properties. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
