Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials as described within the application form and as specified on approved plans.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match/complement the existing building(s) and the visual amenities of the locality.
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on plans 1271.02.01F, 1271.02.03E, 1271.01.03D, 1271.02.02E, 1271.02.05E, 1271.01.04D, 1271.02.04E, 1271.01.01D, 1271.01.05D, 1271.01.02D, 1271.00.01B.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
