Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/00921
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the proposed garage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) No alterations to the appearance, or infilling of the front, side and rear openings of the pergola hereby permitted shall be carried out without the grant of further specific permission from the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the development in the interests of the amenity of the area and to maintain the open form of the carport.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Block Plan and Drawings Nos. ZC07/1, ZC07/2 and ZC07/3 received 31/07/07 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
