1) The proposed extension would have an adverse impact upon the amenities of No 69 by reason of unacceptable light loss and an overbearing impact and on the amenities of No 65 by reason of an unacceptable loss of privacy, therefore the proposal is contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and Supplementary Planning Document: Design in Central Bedfordshire: A Guide for Development: Residential Alterations and Extension (2010)
