Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/07/01064
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission shall amend the wording of Conditions 3 and 5 of planning permission SB/TP/05/1009 to read as follows:

3. Before Phase 2 of the development is first occupied or brought into use, the parking scheme shown on Drawings Nos. 0502/103J and 0502/101Q received 30/09/05 shall be completed and thereafter retained for this purpose.
REASON: To ensure provision for car parking clear of the highway.
(Policy T10, S.B.L.P.R.).

5. Before the first occupation of Phase 2 of the development hereby permitted, the existing In-Patient Unit, as shown on Drawing No. 0502/101(Q), shall be demolished and the site cleared of resultant debris.
REASON: In order to secure the proper development of the site and to protect the openness of the Green Belt.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).

The wording of the other conditions attached to planning permission SB/TP/05/1009 remains unaltered.
