Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development fails to make adequate provision for off street parking for users of the proposed business and as such would lead to an increase in on street parking, thereby resulting in unacceptable obstruction and inconvenience to users of other dwellings and of the public highway/footpath. As such the development would be contrary to the National Planning Policy Framework and Policy DM3 of the Central Bedfordshire Core Strategy and Development Management Policies 2009.
