Conditions or Reasons:
1) From the information available the District Planning Authority is not satisfied that the proposed development would be able to provide a continuing satisfactory level of off street parking in the locality and would thereby result in inconvenience to residents and an increase in kerbside parking to the detriment of highway safety and the amenity of the area in general. The proposal would thereby be contrary to government guidance contained within Planning Policy Statement 1: Delivering Sustainable Development and Policies H2, BE8 and T10 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
