Conditions or Reasons:
1) The livery stables shall be used only for the stabling of horses kept solely for recreational use and no business connected with teaching equestrian skills shall be conducted therefrom.

Reason: To ensure that the amenities of nearby residential properties are not adversely affected by excessive traffic in the vicinity and by noise nuisance.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number 5194:01.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
