Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/12/03022/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The materials to be used for the external walls, roof and doors/windows shall accord with the details set out on the application form unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match/complement the existing building(s) and the visual amenities of the locality.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001; SCH/02E Sk(A)12; SCH/01P/Sk(A)12A.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
