Conditions or Reasons:
1) Inadequate details have been submitted and the District Council has been unable to fully assess the application. Nevertheless, on the basis of the submitted plans and information available, the proposed development would, by reason of its poor design and overintensive form, fail to complement and harmonise with its surroundings, would fail to provide an acceptable standard of residential accommodation for future residents and would detract from the amenity of neighbouring occupiers and the amenity of the area in general. The proposal would thereby be contrary to national guidance within Planning Policy Statement 1: Delivering Sustainable Development and Planning Policy Statement 3: Housing and Policies BE8 and H9 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
