Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would introduce a more intensive form of flatted development into an area characterised by low density detached and semi-detached single family dwellings. The proposed development would lead to an over intensive level of development harmful to the established character of the locality and unacceptably increase the urban form of the site. The proposal is therefore contrary to the advice contained with Planning Policy Statement 3: Housing and to Policy H2 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
