Conditions or Reasons:
1) A satisfactory Unilateral Undertaking has not been submitted with the proposal in order to make a financial contribution towards infrastructure provision in the local area. As such the proposal is contrary to the National Planning Policy Framework, the adopted Central Bedfordshire Council Southern Bedfordshire Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document and Policy 19 of the emerging Development Strategy for Central Bedfordshire.
