Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, by reason of its size, scale, siting and design, be a visually obtrusive, overbearing and incongruous form of development that would fail to respect and enhance the character of the surrounding area and would detract from the amenity of neighbouring residents. The development would thereby be contrary to national guidance within Planning Policy Statement 1: Delivering Sustainable Development and Planning Policy Statement 3: Housing and Policies H2 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
