Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within two months of the date of this permission, the existing garage shall be reduced in size in accordance with the approved drawing and shall thereafter be retained as such.

Reason: To preserve the openness of the Green Belt.
(Section 9 of the National Planning Policy Framework)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plan, number CBC/01.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
