Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) The use of the building, whether as originally erected or as subsequently extended or altered, shall be restricted so that (whether in consequence of a change of use or otherwise) it does not at any time contain office premises having an aggregate office floor space which exceeds 3,000 square feet. (2) The premises shall not be open for the sale of petrol, lubricants or other articles between the hours of 10pm and 7am on any day of the week. (3) No vehicles for sale shall at any time be displayed anywhere on the appeal site. Conditions imposed on appeal by the Minister of Housing and Local Government in decision letter ref. APP/1305/A/6056 dated 8th November 1966.
