Conditions or Reasons:
1) By virtue of its height and siting in close proximity to the footpath, the fence appears as an incongruous feature in the streetscene, harmful to the established character of the cul-de-sac, to the visual amenity of the locality and to the special character of the wider area. The development is therefore contrary to Policies BE6 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
