Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed dwelling would result in a visually obtrusive, overly prominent and generally cramped form of development and a loss of openness in this part of Grange Close. The proposal would thereby constitute poor design that would be inappropriate in its context and would detract from the amenity of the area, contrary to national guidance within Planning Policy Statement 1: Delivering Sustainable Development and Planning Policy Statement 3: Housing and Policies H2 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
