Conditions or Reasons:
1) The boarding shall be a width no less than 25 cm, and finished in a matt black paint, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure an appropriate traditional finish to the extension, to preserve the character of the Conservation Area, in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework and Central Bedfordshire Design Guidance technical design guidance
