Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/12/04166/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The use hereby approved shall be operated by Mr C Newsum of 32 Oak Drive Henlow and shall extend to no other person, partnership, firm or company unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure the retention of planning control by the Local Planning Authority on the disposal of the present applicant's interest in the land and buildings.
2) Within 3 months of the date of this decision details shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority showing the provision of the three parking spaces on the frontage of the property. Within 3 months of receiving written approval for the parking layout the scheme shall implemented in accordance with the approved details and retained as such for the duration of the Bed and Breakfast business.

Reason: To ensure that there is a sufficient level of off street parking provision in the interest of highway safety and in accordance with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Document.
